Each of the individual products cannot contain all the vitamins necessary for a person, and by combining them in a soup, the probability of replenishment increases many times over.

- chicken breast – 1 pc.
- smoked brisket – 200 g.
- potatoes – 4 pcs.
- carrots – 1 pc.
- leek – 1 stalk
- broccoli – ½ head
- cream cheese – 150 g.

- ground black pepper
- smoked paprika
Step by step recipe:
- put a well-washed chicken breast into a 2.5-liter saucepan, put on fire, bring to a boil, remove the collected foam from the surface, reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes
- peel potatoes, cut into cubes
- cut broccoli into florets
- carrots cut into rings or half rings
- leeks cut into pieces, 0.2 centimeters thick
- cut the smoked breast into pieces and fry in a pan until golden
- after the chicken breast is cooked, remove from the pan into a deep bowl, cool slightly and separate the meat from the bones
- separate into fibers with your hands and transfer to the broth again, discard the bones
- add chopped potatoes, carrots, leeks
- after 10 minutes, add broccoli and fried brisket
- add grated cheese, mix, add salt, ground pepper and paprika to taste
- Remove from heat and pour hot into bowls.
- Remove the basil leaves from the stem and garnish the soup on top.
Serve with toasted black or white bread.
Chicken soup with cheese, oyster mushrooms and brisket

- salt, spices
- thyme – 3 sprigs
Step by step recipe:
- place chicken fillet with thyme in one saucepan and boil until tender
- put potatoes, carrots, celery stalk well washed and cut into random pieces in another saucepan and boil
- mash boiled vegetables in a blender until smooth
- chicken cut into small pieces
- rinse the mushrooms and fry in a pan with vegetable oil
- fry the smoked brisket in a pan until chips
- in one saucepan combine vegetable puree, fried mushrooms and chicken pieces
- salt, pepper
- add grated hard cheese
- bring to a paste-like consistency with chicken broth to your taste and preference
Serve hot, put bacon on top, garnish with chopped herbs.
