Quick kefir pie stuffed with jam
Ingredients
- 1 st. kefir;
- 1 st. berry or fruit jam (apple, strawberry or currant is suitable);
- ½ st. granulated sugar;
- 1 tsp soda;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 2 tbsp. sifted flour.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, prepare the quick dough. Jam for cooking is better to use thick, slightly candied. This way the dough will bake better.
Mix the ingredients in a deep bowl. Break chicken eggs, add sugar, grind. Pour in kefir and jam, mix the resulting mass. Gradually, in a thin stream, add the sifted flour. At the end, add quenched soda. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency.
Pour into a baking dish previously greased with butter. Carefully spread and level the dough. Put in the oven to bake for 45 minutes. Pull out the mold and check the readiness of the cake by piercing it with a toothpick or fork. If the dough does not stick, the pastries can be served to the table.
Allow the jam pie to cool and cut into 2 pieces.
Apple pie with jam
Apple jam pie is a great option for a winter menu when summer preparations are in use. Instead of jam, you can use thick applesauce or jam.
Ingredients
- 200 g of sugar powder;
- 200 g butter;
- 5 chicken eggs;
- 400 g of sifted flour;
- 2 tsp baking powder;
- 125 ml of milk;
- 900 g apple jam.
Take the butter out of the refrigerator first so that it melts and becomes soft. Add sugar to it and beat the resulting mixture into a fluffy mass. Add the first egg and mix the dough, then the second and beat again thoroughly.
Add the baking powder to the flour and gently fold into the dough, sifting through a sieve. Mix well again.
Separate a quarter of the resulting dough and put in a separate bowl. Pour in milk.
Lubricate the baking dish with butter and cover with foil measuring 22 * 33 cm. Pour thick dough into the form. Gently spoon the jam on top with a spoon. Pour the batter over the top and smooth out so that the filling is completely covered.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for about 50 minutes, then check for doneness.
Cool the pastries in the refrigerator, then sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon, decorate to taste.
Grated pie with jam
Vanilla pastry pie with berry jam filling is prepared in haste.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup granulated sugar;
- 200 g softened butter or margarine;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 1 tsp vanilla;
- ¼ tsp slaked soda;
- ½ tsp salt;
- 4 cups of sifted flour;
- 500 g berry jam for the filling.

Divide the dough into 2 parts and put in the refrigerator. When it hardens, grate one part on a coarse grater. Spread the resulting mixture on the bottom of a dry baking sheet. Spoon the jam on top and spread evenly over the dough. Then grate the second part of the frozen dough and sprinkle over the jam.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the cake for half an hour. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
linz pie
A classic Austrian cinnamon nut tart open recipe. An unusual dish will add variety to the menu.
Ingredients
- 100 g soft butter;
- 200 g of sifted wheat flour;
- 80 g walnuts;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 100 g of granulated sugar;
- 0.5 tsp soda;
- a pinch of cinnamon;
- A pinch of salt;
- 200 g thick jam to taste.
Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it melts slightly. In the meantime, grind the nuts into fine crumbs. Sift wheat flour into a deep bowl and mix with ground nuts. Add sugar, cinnamon, soda. Mix thoroughly.
Soft melted butter cut into pieces. Add to dry mixture and mash with a fork. Mix with eggs. Knead the dough with your hands, which should be quite elastic. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until it hardens slightly.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and separate about a third of the dough. From the larger part, form the basis for a pie with high walls-sides. From the smaller part, twist the flagella, which will act as the top of the pie.

Pie with yeast dough jam
Yeast dough for this pie can be bought at the store, but making it at home is not difficult.
Ingredients
- 300 ml of warm water or milk;
- 1 tbsp dry yeast;
- 2-3 tbsp granulated sugar;
- 80 ml of vegetable oil;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 2.5-3 tbsp. sifted wheat flour;
- Apple or other jam to taste for the filling.
In a deep bowl, mix water or milk, dry yeast, granulated sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour. Mix everything and leave for 15 minutes to infuse. Then add vegetable oil and salt, mix thoroughly again and knead the dough with your hands.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Separate about a third of the dough. Put most of it on the bottom, make a small depression and fill it to the top with apple jam. Spread the remaining third of the dough on top.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
Pie “Rotten Stump”
Crumbly, melting on the tongue dough is saturated with the sour-sweet taste of berry jam.
Ingredients
- 1 st. wheat flour;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 1 st. jam (preferably not very sweet, for example, blackcurrant);
- 1 tsp soda quenched with vinegar;
- 20 g butter for greasing the mold;
- 50 g of powdered sugar.
Pour the sifted flour into a deep bowl. Break 1 egg and mix with flour. Then add the jam and again mix thoroughly the resulting mass. Soda must first be quenched with vinegar and mixed with flour, jam and eggs.
Pour the batter into a greased pan and spread evenly, smoothing the edges. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the pie for 30 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon to taste.
Biscuit cake with jam
Delicate biscuit dough goes well with the taste of berry or fruit jam.
Ingredients
- 5 chicken eggs;
- 80 g wheat flour;
- 1 tbsp potato starch;
- 0.5 cups of granulated sugar;
- 10 g vanilla sugar.
Separate egg whites from yolks. Place the egg whites in the refrigerator to cool down a bit. Put the yolks in a separate bowl and add granulated sugar to them. Grind thoroughly, add vanilla sugar if desired.
Sift wheat flour and add potato starch. Pour flour into a mixture of yolks and sugar and knead the dough.
Whip the egg whites into a thick foam. Combine with dough and mix gently.
Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle with flour so that the dough does not stick to it. Remove dough from bowl.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for about an hour. Do not open the oven door immediately so that the biscuit does not fall off. Wait 10 minutes, remove the cake and refrigerate for an hour and a half. Cut into two halves and generously grease each with jam to taste. Connect the pie. Top with canned fruits, berries, nuts, sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste.
Pie with apricot jam
Walnuts successfully set off the taste of apricot jam, adding sophistication to a yeast dough pie.
Ingredients
- 400 g of milk;
- 400 g wheat flour;
- 25 g live yeast;
- 50 g of granulated sugar;
- 100 g butter or margarine;
- 500 g apricot jam for the filling;
- 100 g raisins;
- 100 g of peeled walnuts;
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar;
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs;
- Berry syrup for decoration
- Powdered sugar for decoration.
Lightly warm the milk. Sift flour into a clean bowl. Make a well in the middle and sprinkle in the yeast. Sprinkle half the sugar on top and pour 100 ml of milk. Then sprinkle with flour, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes in a warm place.
In the meantime, melt the butter and add to the broth. Pour in the remaining warm milk, add sugar and salt. Knead the dough, cover with a towel, put in a warm place. In an hour and a half, it will rise by about two times.
While the dough is rising, you need to select pieces of fruit from the jam. Soak raisins in warm water. Chop the nuts with a rolling pin. Mix apricot jam, raisins, vanilla and breadcrumbs.
Punch down the risen dough and roll it into a 30*40 cm layer. Put the stuffing on top and roll it into a roll. Cut it into 9 pieces.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Lay on top of the roll, cut side down. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put to bake for 30 minutes.
