Step by step recipe:
- Rinse potatoes in water, peel, cut into round slices 2-3 mm thick.

- green onion stalks – 5 pcs.
- vegetable oil – 30 ml.
- salt pepper
Step by step recipe:
- bacon cut into small pieces, fry in a pan
- cut the ham into thin strips, fry in the fat left after the bacon
- Wash, peel and chop sweet peppers into small pieces.
- beat eggs with cream, salt, pepper
- grate the cheese on a medium grater, add to the egg mixture, mix
- put the fried bacon and ham into the pan, add the pieces of pepper, then simmer over medium heat for several minutes
- pour the egg-cheese mixture, cover, leave for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and the eggs set
- Rinse green onion stalks in cold running water, pat dry with paper towels and chop finely
