Cinnamon rolls
Ingredients:
- Instant yeast – 1 sachet (11 g);
- Milk – 1 glass;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp. l;
- Flour – 4 cups + 2 tbsp. l;
- Margarine – 250 g;
- Ground cinnamon – to taste;
- Sugar – for sprinkling.
For dough, dilute the yeast in warm milk, add 2 tablespoons of flour and sugar. Put in a warm place.
Sift flour. Grate margarine on a coarse grater. Mix everything with your hands.
Make a hill out of butter-flour crumbs, in the middle – a crater. Pour the dough into the crater and knead the dough. Knead very carefully so that the dough does not run away. The consistency of the dough should be very soft, plastic, not sticky to the hands. Roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Divide the chilled dough into 4 parts, roll out a circle 2-3 mm thick from each part. Sprinkle each circle with cinnamon and sugar to taste, given that the dough is absolutely unsweetened.
Cut the layer into 8 sectors and roll the bagels from the wide end to the narrow one.
Shape into a crescent moon and dip in sugar.
Lay on a baking sheet so that the tip is at the bottom. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake 12-15 minutes depending on oven. Readiness can be determined by the beautiful golden color of the bagels.
Bagels with chocolate
Ingredients:
- Flour – 450 g;
- Chocolate – 200 g;
- Butter – 200 g;
- Sugar – 50 g;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Dry yeast – 7 g;
- Milk – 1 glass;
- Salt – 1 pinch.
Mix flour and a pinch of salt, grind with 50 g of cold butter.
Dilute the yeast in warm milk, add sugar and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes, until a “cap” appears.
Add yeast mixture to flour mixture.
Knead a firm, non-sticky dough.
Divide 150 g of butter into 3 equal parts. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer.
Lubricate the formation with one part of the oil, retreating from the edges of 0.5 cm.
Roll the greased dough in three, pinch the edges.
Roll out, grease with the 2nd part, butter. Fold in three, pinch the edges. Roll out again, grease with the 3rd part of the oil.
Now, as before, fold in three, pinch the edges, grease again with oil and fold in half.
Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove dough after 2 hours. Roll out into a layer, rectangular or round. Cut into triangles.
Now place pieces of chocolate on each triangle. Chocolate can be bitter, milk or even white.
Roll up the rolls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Brush the rolls with beaten egg.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden brown, 12-15 minutes.
Rolls with cinnamon and almonds
Ingredients:
- Cream cheese – 250 g;
- Butter – 300 g;
- Salt – 1/4 tsp;
- Flour – 500 g;
- Sugar -200 g;
- Ground cinnamon – 2 tbsp. l;
- Almonds – 100 g.
Prepare dough. To do this, mix 225 g of butter, cheese, salt and flour. Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll into balls, put in the refrigerator for an hour.
Place the rest of the butter in a warm place to soften.
For the filling, mix sugar with cinnamon. Chop the almonds.
Roll out each ball of dough into a large circle.
Brush one tablespoon of soft butter on each circle, sprinkle first with the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then with the almonds.
Divide the circle into 8 parts, like a pizza, and twist, starting from the large side, into a bagel.
Line a baking sheet with parchment, lay out the rolls.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Bake until golden brown.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar again.
Garlic and onion rolls
Bagels do not have to be sweet, bagels stuffed with garlic and onions are very tasty.
Ingredients for 6 servings:
- Ready pizza dough – 220 g;
- Butter – 4 tbsp. l;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Dill and green onions – 1 bunch each;
- Coarse salt – 1 tbsp. l.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix crushed garlic with butter, dill and onion.
Roll out the dough thinly, spread the prepared mixture over the surface.
Roll the dough into a roll and cut into 6 equal pieces. Put them in silicone molds for cupcakes, without lubricating the molds with oil. Sprinkle with salt
Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
Bagels with ham
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry – 500 g;
- Ham – 150 g;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Butter – 1 tsp;
- Egg yolk – 1 pc;
- Hard cheese – 50 g;
- Parsley – 1 bunch;
- Cream – 1 tbsp. l;
- Salt and black ground pepper – to taste.
Defrost puff pastry, roll into an even rectangular layer and cut into triangles.
Grate the cheese, finely chop the parsley.
Cut the ham and onion into small cubes. Simmer the ham a little in the butter, then add the onion and fry together. Cool down. Pepper, add parsley and cheese.
Put the filling on each triangle of dough, grease the edges with yolk and whipped cream, roll into bagels and put on a baking sheet moistened with water.
Put a baking sheet with bagels in an oven preheated to 225 degrees. It takes about 20 minutes to bake the bagels.
Taralli pugliese bagels
Traditional Italian pastry.
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour – 500 g;
- Dry white wine – 200 ml;
- Olive oil – 125 ml;
- Salt – 10 g;
- Dried rosemary – 1 tsp;
- Dried oregano – 1 tsp
Pour white wine with salt dissolved in it, olive oil into flour, add rosemary and oregano. Mix well. The dough will be elastic and fragrant. Put to rest for half an hour.
Roll into sausages about 8 cm long and no more than 1 cm in diameter. Roll into rings, pinch.
Put a pot of water on the fire. Dip ten rings in boiling water and stir, remove with a sieve immediately after they float up and carefully place on a prepared towel. The rings should dry well so that there is no hint of stickiness.
Put on baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for at least 30 minutes. Inside, the taralli should be dry, not wet, otherwise they will coarsen later.
Sand bagels “Day and night”
Ingredients:
- Butter – 250 g;
- Sour cream with a fat content of 20% – 6 tbsp. l;
- Flour – 2 cups;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp;
- Salt – 0.5 tsp;
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp;
- Starch – 1 tsp;
- Soda – 0.5 tsp;
Sift flour. Add to it the rest of the bulk ingredients – sugar, salt, soda, starch.
Butter, taken out in advance from the refrigerator, not yet completely softened, cut into cubes and add to the flour. Rub this mass with your hands. Add sour cream.
Knead the dough thoroughly and divide it into two approximately equal parts. To the first part, add another half a glass of flour. Knead a soft but not sticky dough.
First add cocoa powder to the other part. And then sift half a cup of flour. Knead the dough. It turned out two types of dough: simple and chocolate.
Divide each ball of dough in half, roll into a layer. Cut out an even circle using a baking dish, bowl or plate. Then roll out the chocolate layer, give it the same shape.
Place on light chocolate dough. Divide into even triangular segments of arbitrary size. Twist into bagels, moving from the wide end to the narrow end.
With the remaining dough, do exactly the same manipulations. But make the light layer the bottom, and the chocolate layer the top. So the light dough turned out at the bagels on top. Send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Then cover with foil and bake for another 10 minutes at 150 degrees.
Bagels on beer
Beer should be cold and fresh – this is the main condition for baking according to this recipe to succeed.
Ingredients:
- Margarine – 360 g;
- Flour – 4 cups;
- Beer – 1 glass;
- Jam – 1 glass;
- Sugar – 1 cup;
- Egg – 1 pc.
Melt margarine over low heat, pour in chilled beer. Then add flour and knead a soft dough. Put the finished dough in the freezer for 1.5-2 hours.
Take the dough out and let it warm up to room temperature. Then roll out into a circle and cut into 8 even triangles.
Put one teaspoon of jam on the wide side of the triangle. Roll up the bagel.
Prepare sugar and a beaten egg in different bowls. Dip the bagel first in the egg, then sprinkle generously with sugar.
Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Bagels on kefir
A simple homemade recipe from affordable products.
Ingredients:
- Kefir – 1 glass;
- Flour – 2 cups;
- Butter – 150 g;
- Soda – 1 tsp;
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Sugar – 0.5 cups;
- Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet;
- Salt – 1 pinch;
- Jam, jam, jam – for the filling.
Soda to extinguish in kefir. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Add softened butter, eggs, sugar, salt and kefir, beat until a thick white foam appears.
Sprinkle flour. Knead the dough until a homogeneous consistency.

An easy-to-prepare dish that will delight everyone at home.
Ingredients:
- Apples – 2-3 pcs;
- Cottage cheese – 500 g;
- Butter – 250 g;
- Flour – 2-2.5 cups;
- Kefir – 2 tbsp. spoons;
- Sugar – 1/4 cup;
- Salt – 1/4 tsp;
- Soda – 1/4 tsp
Mix soda with kefir.
Chop the butter with a knife into crumbs, add cottage cheese, grind until smooth.
Pour in kefir with quenched soda.
Add salt, sugar, flour. Knead the dough.
Divide the finished dough in half, shape each part into a ball shape and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Peel apples and seeds, cut into slices (8-10 slices each).
Sprinkle with sugar, let stand 20 minutes.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Take one ball, roll it into a round layer 3-4 mm thick.
Cut into 6-8 triangle segments. Put an apple slice on the wide end of the segments and wrap from the wide end to the narrow one. Cut the second ball in the same way.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake bagels from cottage cheese dough with apples for 25-30 minutes.
